A reliable AI route-intake workflow that turns freight requests into structured data, risk signals, and dispatcher-ready recommendations.

I designed the orchestration pipeline across classification, structured extraction, retrieval, enrichment, validation, and persistence. Qdrant-backed context and deterministic checks keep model output connected to operational evidence.

I added queue-backed execution, PostgreSQL checkpoints, retries, hard timeouts, prompt/schema versioning, tracing metadata, and runtime smoke tests. Services run on Google Cloud Run with Vertex AI as a model provider.
